The Fraser Family Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt New York corporation organized as a private foundation. The Foundation was formed in early 2000 and received our letter of tax exempt status in June 2000.

We have been fulfilling our purpose by making occasional grants to a variety of Catholic (in most cases) organizations.
From 2003 to 2006 we operated the Mater Ecclesiae Debt Relief Grant Program for men and women entering religious life. Over that period we issued 31 grants to enable men and women pursue their vocations. However, the need was greater than our resources and we were forced to closed the progam to new applicants. The program has been subsumed into programs of the Mater Ecclesiae Fund for Vocations.
